Two bored people decided to join Bumble. After being on the app for a week, they started talking. The app was deleted from their phones by March 4th, 2023 when they officially started dating.

After dating for only a month, Tyler surprised Brittany for her birthday by taking her to a Luke Combs concert.

Brittany took Tyler to meet her mother's extended family for the first time. Since he was the first guy she ever brought around, it was a momentous day.

Brittany first experienced Tyler's love of hunting and Tyler got a beautiful turkey.

Tyler and Brittany share a love of history so they visited the Rotary Jail in Crawfordsville. This was just one of many historical themed outings.

They grew closer and spent as much time together as they could even though they were on opposite work schedules.

Just for funsies they took pictures at a park and people already started asking if they were going to get engaged. That was when they had only been dating a few months!

They went on a date to Exploration Acres to experience their sunflower maze. This place became special to them and they went back multiple times for the corn maze and pumpkin patch.

Tyler attended his first horse show and got to see how horse crazy Brittany really is.

Their first Christmas together was spent with family. Tyler was very thoughtful and got Brittany a hardback set of books by one of her favorite authors. Brittany went for humor and got Tyler some gag gifts and a t-shirt that said, "Hunting and fishing, what else is there?"

Tyler surprised Brittany with a weeklong trip starting at the ocean in New Jersey since she'd never seen the ocean before. Then they visited Washington D.C. and the Smithsonian and National Aquarium. He surprised her with a stop at the National Aviary since she loves birds. This trip was important because they were able to spend so much time together. Brittany learned Tyler is not a morning person and Tyler learned Brittany doesn't like to be social after 6 pm.

Tyler did a great job with their first Valentine's Day by sending Brittany a bouquet of purple flowers because that is her favorite color. Brittany got Tyler a jar filled with sand and orange and blue seashells from their trip in December. She has a matching jar with purple shells and when they are married the jars will be reunited.

They had many more fun experiences with friends and family like going to Indiana dunes, visiting the Indianapolis Zoo, and camping.

Tyler proposed to Brittany at Exploration Acres! He proposed in the pumpkin patch when they were picking out pumpkins to turn into Jack O' Lanterns. He was having trouble finding the right pumpkin and proposed by saying, "I can't pick a pumpkin, but I can pick a person. Brittany Rice, will you marry me?"

Brittany's sister and Maid of Honor Katie, got the two lovebirds dressed up to take some pretty engagement pictures.
